2. Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect unauthorized or illegal activity.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

• Liability: Leia’s Pure Glow is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for items lost in transit once they have been marked as "Delivered."

4. Returns and Hygiene Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for the safety of all our customers:

• Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

• Opened Products: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, swatched, or used.

• Damaged Goods: If your "glow" arrives broken, please contact us at support@leiasglow.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage.
